For me, teaching is about helping children understand, explore, ask questions, build confidence, and develop a genuine love for learning. My teaching style is interactive, creative and child-centered. So I use games, songs, stories, role-play, word challenges, and creative activities bringing concepts to real-life situations, so children understand. I believe my biggest strength is the connection I create with my learners. Even though we are learning online, I want every child to feel that I can see them, hear them, and appreciate their effort. I bring energy, warmth, patience, creativity, and enthusiasm into my lessons. I use my voice, facial expressions, gestures, visuals, humor, and movement to make virtual learning feel personal and exciting. But I also know when to slow things down. If a child is struggling, I don't want them to feel embarrassed or defeated. I break the task into smaller steps, encourage them, and give them opportunities to try again.
